所有接受了主基督耶稣（2：6）的人，都是与基督同死同复活的人。我们的生命，是与基督一同藏在神里面（3：3）。当基督显现的时候，我们也要显现在荣耀里。所以我们必须治死在我们里面属地的罪，弃绝一切罪恶。感谢神全备的救恩，神的救赎，不但是赦免人的罪，也要使人脱离罪。神的救赎计划是要得救的新人的知识渐渐的被更新，最后被磨成造我们的主的形象！
